*I have the right to refuse a sale at any given time.

*Deposits-  Deposits must be received within 24 hours of a verbal agreement stating that you would like to purchase one of my chinchillas.  I will require a cashier's check.   My deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If for some reason you the buyer back out of the sale, your deposit will not be returned to you.  If you cancel your payment and there is a fee, or you over draw my account, you will be held accountable for the extra charges.  No exceptions.

*Final payment MUST BE CASH.

*I will require you to sign a contract stating that you have paid for the animal in full and that you have read my policy. 

*If there is a NO BREEDING clause and I find that you have bred that animal, I will do everything in my power to get said animal back in my hands.  This means you will pay for all of the shipping costs if you are out of state.
